White Swiss Shepherd DogNow that the ANKC has recognised the White Swiss Shepherd Dog it is essential that all Members and Data Entry personnel understand that this recognition does not apply to White German Shepherd Dogs or White Swiss Shepherd Dogs that do not have a complete Export certificate with all dogs in the background registered as White Swiss Shepherd Dogs.

Allowable Colours for all breedsIn accordance with current ANKC Policy only those colours allowed as per the Official ANKC Breed Standard will be eligible to be registered on the ANKC Main Register and all other colours “non standard colours” can only be registered on the ANKC Limited Register and marked “not to be upgraded under any circumstances”.

Re-Registration of Imported Dogs/SemenMembers are reminded that in accordance with ANKC Policy and Regulations, only dogs and/or semen imported into Australia that are registered with a recognised Overseas Canine Controlling Body are the only dogs/semen that can be re- registered with the ANKC.

Late Fee - National Show ApplicationsIn accordance with the decision at the October 2007 ANKC Conference all State Club Secretaries are advised that a late fee of $200.00 will now apply for any National Show applications received outside the required timeframe of eighteen (18) months prior to the proposed date/s of the fixture.
